Here is a late update on my numbers for the last month, and the running total below:
Weight: 126.5lb (down 0.5lb)
Body Fat: 28% (no change)
Chest: 32.5" (no change)
Waist: 26.5" (no change)
Hips: 38.5" (no change)
Thighs: 22"(no change)
Total so far: down 10.5lb, 6%, 7.5"
I'll take the mostly no change as a small victory, considering I spent a month away from home, my exercise routing was disrupted, and I was eating out for pretty much every meal.
