Since I last posted my stats it has been hard to stay on track, with both the eating and the exercising. I've been feeling down (for no particular reason) and it is hard to want to exercise when I'm feeling depressed. I know exercise helps with that, but still some days I had trouble just to get out of bed.
I've been hungrier as a result of boredom, mainly from not doing as much as I usually do. I also ran out of my ThermoBurn, which I know helps me keep hunger at bay. Other than that just low motivation to do things, so I'm committing to running with my friend tonight. (I canceled on her on Monday...)
