I've been having a hard time lately. I missed my weight in this month, and quite frankly, I don't think I lost any weight for the past 4 or 6 weeks. I have to renew my commitment to my fitness program, as I've been slacking with my exercise, diet and supplements.
We've had some rain, and my motivation to go out running in the rain is non-existent. I've been doing my
ChaLean Extreme
workouts, but I could be doing more of the cardio workouts when I don't run, and it just hasn't been happening.
I also had another family visit trip, and that kind of derailed my efforts.
But enough excuses already! I'm back home and ready to start a new month of renewed commitment.
Oh man,if only I am as strict as you. I should really buck up too!

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about your motivation being low, I don't know if its just because its winter or what but its been really hard for me staying motivated too, but I just keep telling my self keep pushing play. I am doing another round of p90x, hopefully next week is better.
