. It had been a while since I last ran (1 month) so I struggled in the end, but I managed to pull it off in just over 1 hour, doing intervals of run 4 minutes and walk 1 minute throughout. It felt great and I came home to do my 200 squats, 200 situps and Thin Thighs workouts before a nice, long shower. 4

Supreme Whey Protein. Note to self: buy flavors other than vanilla for variety. I can get chocolate, strawberry or banana. I love vanilla, but when taking it everyday it can get boring.
