I found two great exercise routines that I added to my mix:
200 Squats and
200 Sit Ups. They are done three times a week and build you up towards completing (hence the names) 200 squats and 200 situps. They have a
100 Push Ups program as well, but I'm in nowhere near shape to even begin to consider that. I realize I do need to work my upper body as well, and I am currently looking for a comprehensive strength training program that I can start. Something more regimented.
